Yeniavaz.com reports that these companies were created as a result of the division of "Naxproperty-S" LLC (TIN-0201381651) and "Naxproperty-R" LLC (TIN-0201378581), which were registered in Nakhchivan in January this year.
For information, "Naxproperty-4" LLC, headed by Vagif Ali oglu Aliyev, was registered on 30.03.2023, and "Naxproperty-S1" LLC, headed by Huseynov Fariz Hidayat oglu - on 31.03.2023.
The legal address of "Naxproperty-4" LLC with an authorized capital of AZN 916,000 is H. Aliyev, Nakhchivan city, building 19, and the legal address of "Naxproperty-S1" LLC with an authorized capital of AZN 156,100 is H. Aliyev, Nakhchivan, building 34, apt. 5.
It should also be noted that recently in Nakhchivan, changes have been made in the authorized capital of the companies included in "Gəmiqaya Holding" and numerous divisions have been made.
The company "Gəmiqaya Holdinq", owned by Rza and Seymur Talibov, sons of the former Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov, was renamed into "Arkoz Holding" some time ago.
