Dozens of companies with large capital have been created in Nakhchivan - Associated with Talibov

At the beginning of this month, 2 more companies "NAXPROPERTY-1" LLC and "NAXPROPERTY-2" LLC were registered in the city of Nakhchivan.
Yeniavaz.com informs that "NAXPROPERTY-1" LLC with an authorized capital of 102,000 manats is located at the address: Heydar Aliyev Ave., 19, apt. 32, and "NAXPROPERTY-2" LLC with an authorized capital of 107,100 manats - Nakhchivan, Heydar Aliyev avenue, building 19, apt. 29. The legal representative of both LLCs is Maharramov Heydar Namaz oglu.
It should be noted that several companies under the name "NAXPROPERTY" have recently been registered in Nakhchivan, at the same time, numerous companies under the name "MEST" associated with these companies have been established.
It should also be noted that these companies are associated with "Gəmiqaya Holding", which is owned by family members of the former Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov.
For example, Shakir Nazim oglu Tarverdiev, who is the legal representative of the newly formed "MEST-1" and "MEST-3" LLCs, is also the legal representative of "Gəmiqaya Turizm" LLC.
It should also be noted that numerous companies under the name "Gəmiqaya" were registered in Nakhchivan. For many years, information has been circulating in the press that these companies belong to Vasif Talibov's family members, and they have not been refuted to this day. Back in 2014, Vasif Talibov's son Rza Talibov mentioned himself as the head of "Gəmiqaya Holdinq" in information he shared on his Facebook account.
Rza Talibov currently works as the head of the Main Department for Citizenship Issues in the State Migration Service.
One of the companies operating under the name "Gəmiqaya" - the company "Gəmiqaya-XXI" (TIN -0200013971) is currently headed by Yagub Habibbeyli, brother of the President of ANAS, deputy Isa Habibbeyli.
Some time ago the name "Gəmiqaya Holdinq" was changed to "Arkoz Holdinq". "Arkoz Holdinq" is owned by Turkish businessman Emin Uchar. At the same time, Emin Uchar was the chairman of the board of directors of "Gəmiqaya Holding".
Currently, dozens of companies called "Gəmiqaya" and "Arkoz" operate in Nakhchivan and other regions of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the "Arkoz" company, owned by Emin Uchar, operates in many areas in Turkey.
