Carl Gustaf, King of Sweden, has sent a letter of congratulations to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
Report informs citing AzerTag that the letter reads:
"His Excellency Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
"On the occasion of the Republic Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I wish to convey to your Excellency my sincere congratulations and my best wishes for your health and happiness and for the prosperity of the people of Azerbaijan."
President of Uzbekistan From Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The letter reads:

President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has sent a letter of congratulations to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The letter reads:
"Your Excellency,
"On behalf of the people of Afghanistan, I am honored to extend my sincere congratulations to you and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of 28 May - the Republic Day.
"I was very pleased to have an opportunity to meet with you on the sidelines of the Global Baku Forum in March and have discussions on various areas of relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. It also gives me great satisfaction to see further development of our relations today.
