Azerbaijan confirms 2,284 new COVID-19 cases, 4,392 recovered

Azerbaijan recorded 2,284 new coronavirus cases, Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told.

As many as 4,392 people recovered from the infection, while 41 patients lost their lives over the past day.

So far, 205,877 people have contracted the virus in Azerbaijan, 147,199 have recovered, while 2,294 died. At present, 56,384 people are receiving treatment.

Azerbaijan has conducted 2,088,358 COVID-19 tests over the past period. Today's test number is 15,221. (report)
