“Israel and Azerbaijan closely cooperate on security field and in fighting against terrorism”, Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek said at a press conference today, APA reports.
The Ambassador noted that about 10 thousand tourists visited Azerbaijan in 2016, while the number of people traveling Azerbaijan has been 60 thousand in 2019: “Israeli citizens, traveling Azerbaijan, admires this country. We have achieved several successes in the tourism field.”
George Deek noted that Azerbaijan will be represented by a pavilion at the international tourism exhibition that was going to be held in Israel in the next month: “The delegation from Azerbaijan will also participate in the event dedicated to cyber technologies that will be held in Israel in the next week. The Israeli innovations and technologies are used in Azerbaijan’s agriculture sector. I will do my best to strengthen relations between the two countries”.
