Officers violating rules of keeping personal records on civil service to be punished

The people who violate the rules of keeping personal records defined in accordance with the “Law on Civil Service” in Azerbaijan will be fined.

Report informs that new Article 600-1 (violation of rules on personal record) is added to the Code of Administrative Offenses.

According to the article, the penalty from AZN 400 to 600 is imposed on high-ranking officials for violation of the rules of keeping personal records in accordance with the law "On Civil Service".

The project will be discussed at the next plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
