Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, announced today the appointment of Kestutis Jankauskas as Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan.
Jankauskas, who is currently serving as Head of the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia, will replace Malena Mard. APA
