Famous holding company dissolved and merged into a shareholder of PASHA Bank

One of the country's leading companies, Lu-Mun Holding LLC, has announced that it has terminated its operations and merged into Bless LLC.
According to official information cited by Yeniavaz.com, Lu-Mun Holding LLC, which has been operating since 2017, was an investment company implementing large-scale projects in Azerbaijan in the fields of agriculture and food production.
Lu-Mun Holding had subsidiaries including Azerbaijan Fish Farm LLC in the fish production sector, Azerbaijan Poultry Company LLC (the “Mərcan” brand) in the poultry sector, Azerbaijan Organic Company LLC in the production of organic products, and Azerbaijan Flowers Company LLC in rose production.
It should be noted that Bless LLC, which was reorganized as a result of the merger of Lu-Mun Holding LLC, is one of the major shareholders of PASHA Bank, one of the country's leading banks.
