The List of Cars That Became the Cheapest in Azerbaijan This Year Has Been Announced – Latest Prices

Between December 2025 and August 2026, a decline in the prices of a number of new car models was recorded in Azerbaijan.
Yeniavaz.com reports, citing “Statix”, that the model with the biggest price decrease was the “Nissan X-Trail”.
The median price of the model fell from 61,900 manats to 52,900 manats. Thus, the price of the “Nissan X-Trail” decreased by 9,000 manats, or 14.5 percent, over the past 8 months.
The second-largest price decrease was recorded for the “Chevrolet Cobalt”. The median price of this car fell from 20,000 manats to 17,250 manats. As a result, the model became 2,750 manats, or 13.8 percent, cheaper.
The “Mercedes GLS 450 4MATIC” ranked third. The median price of the model fell from 260,218 manats to 225,526 manats. This represents a decrease of 34,692 manats, or 13.3 percent.
This was followed by the “Nissan Qashqai”, whose price fell from 57,900 manats to 50,800 manats, making it 7,100 manats, or 12.3 percent, cheaper.
The median price of the “M-Hero 917” model fell from 185,300 manats to 164,900 manats. The decrease for this model amounted to 20,400 manats, or 11 percent.
Another model whose price decreased by more than 10 percent was the “Hyundai Elantra”. Its median price fell from 38,900 manats to 34,900 manats. This represents a decrease of 4,000 manats, or 10.3 percent.
Overall, a decline in the prices of 25 new car models was recorded. The smallest decrease was observed in the “BMW X7” model. The median price of this car fell from 277,415 manats to 275,500 manats, representing a decrease of 0.7 percent.
It should be noted that, according to figures for August 2026, among the models presented, the “BMW X7” has the highest median price at 275,500 manats. The “Mercedes GLS 450 4MATIC” ranks second at 225,526 manats, while the “ZEEKR 9X” ranks third at 183,600 manats.
The cheapest model was the “JAC JS2”. Its median price stood at 19,250 manats.
