In which regions of Azerbaijan are men most often subjected to domestic violence? – Full list

Last year, 1,413 cases of domestic violence were registered in Azerbaijan.
According to Yeniavaz.com, citing official data, 1,176 of the victims were women and 222 were men.
Thus, approximately 15.7% of domestic violence victims were men.
Absheron Region ranks first in terms of the number of male victims of domestic violence. Here, 85 victims were women and 13 were men. Sabunchu and Khazar Regions rank second in terms of the number of male victims. In both regions, 12 men were "victims" of domestic violence.
In Binagad Region, 10 male victims were registered.
In total, according to official statistics, men in 61 cities and regions of Azerbaijan have been subjected to violence by family members as a result of domestic violence. The distribution of male victims of domestic violence in Azerbaijan by region is as follows:
