A real estate complex (the "Ganja Bazaar" Shopping Center), located on a 20.5-hectare plot of land at 281 Zarifa Aliyeva Avenue in Ganja, is up for auction.
According to Yeniavaz.com, the total area of the property, consisting of two floors and 30 rooms, is 29,357.7 square meters.
According to official data, the starting market price is 18.4 million manat, and the minimum selling price is 15.6 million manat.
The auction will take place on August 11.
It should be noted that the "Ganja Bazaar" shopping center, which is up for auction, is reportedly owned by Elmar Valiyev, the former head of the Ganja executive branch.
