From January to May 2026, the average monthly nominal wage of employees in the country increased by 7.3 percent compared to the same period in 2025, reaching 1,175.0 manat.
According to Yeniavaz.com, the State Statistical Committee published this information.
Wages in the oil and gas sector were reported to be 4,605.7 manat, while in the non-oil and gas sector, they were 1,113.3 manat.
"Wages of employees of state-owned enterprises amounted to 1,160.9 manat, while those of private enterprises reached 1,188.7 manat," the information states.
