
In March of this year, the capital's housing market saw a price increase.

Compared to February, prices for both new and old buildings increased.
According to the data provided, increases were recorded in all districts of the capital. The fastest price increase was in the Sabail district. In this district, prices for new buildings increased by 1.1%, for apartments in old buildings by 0.9%, and for properties under construction (at the excavation stage) by 1.3%.
Similar trends were observed in other central districts. In the Yasamal and Nasimi districts, prices for new buildings increased by 1%, and for apartments in old buildings by 0.8%. In the Narimanov and Khatai districts, growth was also relatively high. The smallest increases were recorded in the Pirallahi and Garadagh districts. New building prices in these districts increased by 0.5% and 0.6%, respectively.
