TABIB rented office and warehouse space from a deputy’s son for 490,000 manats

The Innovation and Supply Center has signed a procurement contract with individual entrepreneur Javanshir Orkhan Javanshir oglu (TIN: 1404799542).
According to Yeniavaz.com, the Center awarded the contract through a single-source procurement method rather than a competitive tender.
Under the agreement, Orkhan is leasing a 12,552.30-square-meter office and warehouse complex to the Center, which operates under TABIB, for six months, from February 9 to July 31, 2026. The facility is located at 142D Absheron Street, Buzovna settlement, Khazar district, Baku.
The Center will pay 490,000 Azerbaijani manats (AZN) for the lease. Orkhan previously leased the same complex to the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance. The 32-year-old entrepreneur is the son of Member of Parliament Javanshir Feyziyev.
