In January of this year, 119,285 foreign tourists visited Azerbaijan.
Yeniavaz.com, citing official data, reports that 11,432 tourists, or 9.6%, found the services provided unsatisfactory.
Tourists expressed the greatest dissatisfaction with catering services (cafes, restaurants, etc.). 2,504 foreign tourists found service in cafes and restaurants unsatisfactory.
In addition, 2,195 tourists were dissatisfied with bus transportation. Also, 1,747 tourists expressed dissatisfaction with taxi services, 1,216 with guide services, 1,020 with accommodation services, and 781 with metro services.
