Weapons in the сlassroom – Where does the problem begin?

Today in Baku, a 10th-grade student injured a teacher with a hunting rifle.
Yeniavaz.com
reports that the incident has caused a huge public outcry and has once again raised the issue of security in secondary schools.
It should be noted that discussions in the press and on social media have expressed critical opinions regarding the ineffective organization of security measures in schools. Many attribute the failure to promptly prevent such incidents to the weakness of existing control mechanisms.
But to what extent can strengthening security measures in secondary schools help prevent such unpleasant incidents?
Sociologist Elchin Bayramli, who shared this topic with Yeniavaz.com, said that one school has 2,000-3,000 students:
"Checking the bags and clothes of each of these children is impossible and impractical. A student's bag could contain weapons, knives, and other dangerous objects."
Bayramli emphasized that the root of aggressive behavior lies in poor family upbringing:
"If a child hasn't received a proper upbringing at home, no administrative measures taken at school will produce real results. A child who hasn't received a healthy upbringing and who grows up with an aggressive and selfish mentality will sooner or later start causing problems. This is inevitable."
According to the expert, uncontrolled smartphone use and violent computer games also cause serious harm to children's psychology:
"Smartphones are given to young children without supervision. They are exposed to various psychotropic influences online. Bloody and violent games increase aggression in children, and this aggression clearly manifests itself in the school environment."
Bayramli also criticized the work of school psychologists:
"The work of school psychologists is practically nonexistent. In general, they do nothing and can't do anything. The solution lies in increasing parental responsibility. The parents of children who commit such incidents must be punished." If a parent is punished even once, they will take their child's upbringing more seriously. This is the only way to prevent problems."
