The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has issued an occupancy permit for a facility built in the village of Savalan in the Gabala district by order of GILAN LLC.
According to Yeniavaz.com, the non-residential facility, with a total area of 514 square meters, consists of four single-story buildings.
It should be noted that the MES issued a certificate of occupancy readiness No. 10517 dated December 15, 2025, for this non-residential facility.
For information, the state register of commercial organizations indicates that GILAN LLC was registered in 2004. The legal address of GILAN LLC, with an authorized capital of 10 manat, is located at the following address: Keshla Station, Yatakhana-2 Building, Narimanov District. Zulfikar Feyruz oglu Aliyev is the legal representative of the LLC. It should also be noted that in September of this year, the Ministry of Emergency Situations issued an operating permit for another facility built on Sahil Beach in the village of Mardakan, Khazar District, Baku, at the direction of GILAN LLC.
It should be noted that GILAN LLC currently owes 39,199 manat and 49 kopecks in taxes to the state budget, which have been outstanding for a long time.
