Complaints have been received regarding the latest sale of apartments at discounted prices held today by the State Housing Development Agency (MİDA).
As reported by Yeniavaz.com, those wishing to purchase apartments at discounted prices reported technical issues with the system.
It should be noted that MİDA has not issued an official statement regarding the complaints.
It should be noted that the sale of apartments at discounted prices included a total of 627 apartments in the Hovsan residential complex, the Sumgait residential complex, the Lankaran residential complex, the Binagadi residential complex, the Shirvan residential complex, and the Yevlakh residential complex.
It should also be noted that one of the complaints against MİDA is the poor quality of construction and renovation of the apartments. A few days ago, MİDA published a photo of the apartments listed for sale today. The published photograph also shows defects in the renovated apartments. The photograph below shows that the door frames (or door trims) do not fit tightly against the wall, resulting in gaps of varying sizes. This indicates that the wall was not properly filled or plastered. As a result, the surface is wavy, with the door frames only touching in a few places, while gaps have formed in other areas.
The apartment construction and renovation is being carried out by MIDA LLC, which operates within MIDA. MIDA LLC, with an authorized capital of 10 million manat, was registered in 2016. Farhad Ilahi oglu Tahmazov is the legal representative of the LLC. Farhad Tahmazov is the brother of Goshgar Tahmazli, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AQTA).
