Next year, 11 days will be non-working days due to the Novruz and Ramadan holidays.
According to the Yeniavaz.com, citing a Cabinet of Ministers decree, in 2026, Novruz Bayram will be celebrated on March 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24.
March 21 and 22 fall on a Saturday and Sunday. In accordance with the Labor Code, March 25 and 26 will be non-working days. Next year, Ramadan Bayram will be on March 20 and 21. According to the Labor Code, if the day of Ramadan Bayram coincides with another non-working holiday, the following working day is considered a day off. Therefore, in accordance with the Labor Code, the following working days—March 27 and 30—will also be non-working days.
Thus, in connection with the holidays of Novruz and Ramadan, non-working days will be March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30.
