ABC-TELECOM LLC (TİN - 1401005061), the owner of Kontakt Home, one of the country's largest chains of digital and home appliance, furniture, and textile stores, owes a total tax debt to the state budget of 6,704,191 manat and 98 kopecks.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the State Agency for Antimonopoly Control and Consumer Market Supervision recently conducted an investigation into Kontakt Home, which has significant tax arrears.
The investigation was conducted based on suspicions of unfair competition in the sale of HOFFMANN electric heaters that run on liquid fuel.
For information, it should be noted that Kontakt Home has been selling Chinese HOFFMANN products under the name of the well-known German brand for many years. Only after an article about this was published on Yeniavaz.com on November 15, 2021, were the terms "German brand" and "Made in Germany," used in advertising HOFFMANN products, removed from the official website of the Kontakt Home store chain.
It should also be noted that ABC-TELECOM LLC was registered in 2006. The LLC, with a registered capital of 10,000 manat, was headed by former parliament member Elnur Allahverdiyev until 2020.
