The Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) has issued an occupancy permit for the facility under construction at 258A Zugulba Avenue, Bilgah settlement, Sabunchu district, Baku, based on an order from Khatira Salahzade, daughter of the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslim Board, Allahshukur Pashazade, and wife of MP Aliabbas Salahzade.
According to information obtained by Yeniavaz.com, the 77.8 square meter catering facility consists of one floor.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Emergency Situations issued a certificate of occupancy for the non-residential building, No. 09829, dated October 30, 2025.
It should also be noted that the Ministry of Emergency Situations also issued an occupancy permit for a facility owned by Allahshukur Pashazade's grandson, Hasan Salahzade, born in 2002, the son of Aliabbas and Khatira Salahzade. The facility, owned by Hasan Salahzade, is located at 177 Istiglaliyyat Street, Bilgah settlement, Sabunchu district, Baku. The Ministry of Emergency Situations issued Certificate of Operational Readiness No. 09532 for the facility, dated October 10, 2025. The area of the two-story terraced facility is 274.84 square meters.
