Rental prices for one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments vary significantly across the capital.
According to Yeniavaz.com, based on listings on the country's leading real estate websites, one of the cheapest one-bedroom apartments for rent is on the 5th floor of a 9-story building in the Hovsan settlement of the Surakhani district.
The rent for this 40-square-meter apartment is 250 manat. Located in an older building, it has been renovated and furnished and is rented exclusively to families.
The most expensive one-bedroom apartment for rent in Baku is on the 4th floor of a 7-story building on Izzeddin Hasanoglu Street in the Narimanov district. This 50-square-meter apartment is 7,000 manat. It is located in a new building and has been fully renovated and furnished. There are also differences in the rental prices of two-bedroom apartments.
The cheapest two-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of a 6-story building in the village of Masazir in the Absheron district. The rent for this 60-square-meter apartment is 350 manat. This newly built apartment has been renovated and furnished and is rented only to families.
