In Azerbaijan, customers complain most about these banks - Full list

In April 2024, Bank VTB Azərbaycan OJSC, whose shares belong to the Russian government, had the most complaints in Azerbaijan.
Yeniavaz.com reports that information about this was disseminated by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
In the list of appealed banks, Bank of Baku OJSC took second place (index 4.94), and Yapı Kredi Bank Azərbaycan CJSC took third place (index 4.79).
The least complained about the bank was Pasha Bank OJSC (index 0.24).
