Ramiz Mehdiyev’s wife has not been able to pay off her debts for 3 years? – Amounts

Bank BTB OJSC, owned by family members of the former head of the Presidential Administration, former President of ANAS Ramiz Mehdiyev, filed a lawsuit against Mərəndi LLC.
According to Yeniavaz.com, the claim was submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Narmin Akhmedova.
It is reported that the lawsuit is related to disputes over a loan agreement.
For information, in the latest report of Bank BTB OJSC, 74.99% of the shares were given to Ramiz Mehdiyev’s daughter-in-law - Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismail gizi, 19.01% - to her brother Sadiq Rze Ismail ogly, 6% - to Mahmudova Tukazban Aga gizi.
“Mərəndi” LLC, against which the lawsuit was filed, was previously associated with members of the family of Ramiz Mehdiyev. “Mərəndi” LLC (TIN – 1304526921) with an authorized capital of 100 manats was registered in 2016.
Official information released by the Ministry of Agriculture indicates that there are several large farms in the Novkhani village. 42 hectares of these farms belonged to Ramiz Mehdiyev’s wife Galina Mehdiyeva, and 131 hectares belonged to Mərəndi LLC. LLC “Mərəndi” in Novkhany owned a vineyard with an area of 100 hectares and an olive grove with an area of 31 hectares.
It should be noted that in other information published by the Ministry of Agriculture for 2015-2017, in the village of Novkhani there were only 2 farms that received subsidies. One of them belonged to Galina Yuryevna Mehdiyeva (113 hectares), and the other belonged to her son Mehdiyev Teymur Ramiz oglu (42 hectares). According to official information, apart from these two people, there were no landowners receiving subsidies in the village of Novkhani.
Galina Mekhtieva was one of the founders of another company, Fireland Vineyards LLC, which was engaged in the production of wine in vineyards located in the village of Nokhvany. Fireland Vineyards LLC, registered in 2007, was one of the largest wine producers in Azerbaijan.
Fireland Vineyards LLC used grapes grown on the Salt Lake site in the village of Novkhany as raw materials. On A. Shikhlinsky Street in Novkhany there was also a winery “Marandi Wine Company” LLC “Fireland Vineyards”.
It should also be noted that both Fireland Vineyards LLC and Marandi LLC currently have tax debts to the state budget.
According to today's information, Marandi LLC owes the state budget 448 thousand 956 manats 63 kopecks, and Fireland Vineyards LLC has a tax debt in the amount of 21 thousand 803 manats 47 kopecks.
Previously, these companies had large tax debts. For example, as of October 11, 2021, Fireland Vineyards LLC owed the state budget 451 thousand 128 manats 51 kopecks. As of July 20, 2023, the tax debt of Marandi LLC amounted to 647 thousand 9 manats 50 kopecks.
Last June, Safarov Murtuza Khanbaba oglu was appointed the new director of Marandi LLC, which owed a large amount of taxes to the state budget.
