The executive power of the Khachmaz region allowed the Committee of the Free Trade Union of Education Workers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to build a medical and health complex in the village of Khurai.

The information indicates that the construction of a medical and recreational complex is permitted on the basis of document No. 01/X dated February 21, 2024.
From the information released, it follows that on October 3, 2023, expert opinion No. 3-35-2/2-3266/2023 was issued on the compliance of urban planning documentation, and on January 30, 2024, expert opinion No. 36806 was issued on the compliance of the construction project with urban planning documentation.
It is reported that the construction area of the medical and health complex is 1165.6 square meters, the total area is 4,045 square meters, and the number of floors will be 3 (+ basement and attic).
Also, on the territory of the health complex, the construction of 2 two-story cottage-type houses was permitted, with the total area of each of them being 232.4 square meters.
For information, the customer of the health complex is the chairman of the Committee of the Free Trade Union of Education Workers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, deputy Sattar Mokhbaliyev. Since 1993, Sattar Mokhbaliyev has been the chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Committee.
It should also be noted that in the village of Khurai there is a hotel owned by the Educational and Health Center LLC company. The authorized capital of Educational and Health Center LLC, registered in 2013, is 17 million 209 thousand 386 manats 15 kopecks. Currently, Educational and Health Center LLC has a tax debt to the state budget in the amount of 219,158 manats 47 kopecks.
