A lawsuit has been filed against ABC-Telecom LLC, associated with Kontakt Home, one of the largest chains of stores in Azerbaijan selling digital and household appliances, furniture and textiles.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the lawsuit was filed by one of the well-known companies in the country - Cinemazade LLC (TIN - 1403588261).
The claim was submitted to the judge of the Baku Court of Appeal Vusala Bakhishova. It is reported that the lawsuit was filed due to disputes over obligations arising from contracts.
It should be noted that Cinemazade LLC filed a similar lawsuit against ABC-Telecom LLC in September last year, and the case was considered by the judge of the Baku Commercial Court, Zaur Pirverdiyev. Apparently, the Baku Commercial Court did not satisfy the claim of Cinemazade LLC, and therefore the applicant appealed to the Baku Court of Appeal.
For information, Cinemazade LLC was registered on November 16, 2016. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 10 manats is Nasimi district, st. Uzeyir Hajibekova, building 51, apt. 20. The legal representative of the LLC is Akhundzade Jafar Rafig.
It should also be noted that films are shot and dubbed at the studio of the same name, which is part of Cinemazade LLC. Cinemazade LLC was created with the support of Zaur Darabzade, general director of the Cinema Plus company, which owns the leading cinemas in the capital. Zaur Darabzadeh was also the owner of the website "cinemazadeh.az", which previously belonged to Cinemazadeh LLC, and Darabzadeh abandoned the domain name only last year.
The Kontakt Home chain of stores belongs to ABC-Telecom LLC. ABC-Telecom LLC (TIN-1401005061) was registered in 2006. Until 2020, the LLC with an authorized capital of 10 thousand manats was headed by deputy Elnur Allahverdiyev.
