Yeniavaz.com reports that Tabaterra Leaf CJSC with an authorized capital of 14 million 747 thousand 500 manats was registered on April 20, 2021.
Shortly after the registration of Tabaterra Leaf CJSC, it won an investment competition announced for the sale of 85% of the shares of Azertutun OJSC, located in the village of Yukhari Tala, Zagatala region, owned by Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC.
The legal representative of the CJSC is Elman Javanshir Bashir oglu.
