TƏBİB rented a warehouse from the son of a deputy - For 1.2 million manats

The winner of the tender conducted by the legal entity “İnnovasiya və Təchizat Mərkəzi” (from one source) was private entrepreneur Javanshir Orkhan Javanshir ogly (TIN – 1404799542).
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to Ekonominfo.az, private entrepreneur Javanshir Orkhan will lease warehouse premises to “İnnovasiya və Təchizat Mərkəzi” at TƏBİB for a period of 10 months (06.10.2023-11.08.2023).
“İnnovasiya və Təchizat Mərkəzi” will pay Javanshir Orhan 1 million 176 thousand manats for renting the mentioned warehouse premises.
It should be noted that 2 years ago, Javanshir Orkhan leased an office and warehouse complex to the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance for the same amount (1 million 176 thousand manats) for a period of 1 year (09.08.2021-09.08.2022).
For information, Javanshir Orkhan, born in 1994, is the son of deputy Javanshir Feyziev.
The names of Javanshir Feyziev and members of his family - his wife Parvana Feyziyeva, son Orkhan Javanshir and nephew Elman Javanshir - were involved in laundering “dirty money” in the UK.
Thus, in 2021, the British Crime Agency considered 15 million pounds sterling (34.7 million manat at the exchange rate at that time) in the family’s bank accounts as “dirty money.” A trial followed and a British court confiscated £5.6 million because the source of the funds was deemed suspicious.
Of the confiscated funds, 4.4 million pounds were confiscated from the account of Parvana Feyziyeva, 1 million pounds from Orkhan Javanshir, and 240 thousand pounds from Elman Javanshir.
