The Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture "Kaspi Yıldız" (TIN-1600019501), owned by MP Igbal Mammadov, has not paid a large amount of tax debt to the state budget for many years.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to the latest published official information, currently (11.07.2023) the company owned by the MP has a tax debt to the state budget in the amount of 9 million 390 thousand 752 manats 64 kopecks.
It should be noted that in January last year, the founder of the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture "Kaspi Yıldız" Rafet Ekmekcioglu, who is a citizen of Turkey, transferred his 50 percent stake to Igbal Mammadov. As a result, Iqbal Mammadov became the founder of the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture "Kaspi Yıldız" with a 100 percent share.
It should also be noted that other companies associated with Igbal Mammadov also have tax debts to the state budget.
"Relax Lerik" LLC (TIN 6300539991), managing the "Relax" recreation center operating in the Lerik region, has a tax debt to the state budget in the amount of 26,464 manats 19 kopecks. "Relax Lerik" LLC was previously headed by Igbal Mammadov's brother Chingiz Mammadov. In 2019, Mirhamid Narimanli, son of Igbal Mammadov, and Orkhan Narimanli, nephew (son of brother) of Igbal Mammadov, were arrested for using physical force on employees of the tax department at the "Relax" recreation center.
In addition, "Lerik Broyler" LLC (TIN - 6300158201), operating in the village of Piran, Lerik region, owed 84,553 manats 20 kopecks to the state budget. "Lerik Broyler" LLC, which was registered in 2010, is currently headed by the MP's nephew Orkhan Narimanli.
