"Azerlottery" earned 260 million after transfer to a Turkish company

Last year, the total income of "Azerlottery" Open Joint Stock Company amounted to 258 million manat.

Last year, the net profit of "Azerlottery" amounted to 41 million manats. The company's net profit increased 5.5 times compared to 2021.
For information, "Azerlottery" OJSC, which is engaged in issuing, organizing and conducting all types of lotteries in the territory of Azerbaijan, was established in 2002. The founder of the OJSC is the Ministry of Economic Development (now the Ministry of Economy).
According to the Order signed by the President of Azerbaijan in January 2021, "Azerlottery" OJSC was transferred for a period of 10+5 years to the management of "YMT Sans B.V. ", which is a subsidiary of the Turkish "Demirören Shans Oyunlari Yatırımları A.Ş. ".
In May 2021, Zafer Reisoglu was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Azerlottery". Since April of this year, Zafer Reisoglu has been replaced by Osman Karakus.
The OJSC with an authorized capital of 200,000 manats was previously headed by an Azerbaijani citizen, Magsud Tagiyev.
