President Ilham Aliyev appointed Mursal Ibrahimov as head of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to "Qafqazinfo", M. Ibragimov was born on September 20, 1970 in Baku.
In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Oil and Gas Production of the Azerbaijan State Petrochemical Institute.
In 1992-1997 he served as a platoon commander, senior inspector of the Khatai regional security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Later he worked as an inspector and chief inspector of the Department of Internal Investigations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
M. Ibragimov worked at the Ministry of National Security for more than 10 years and rose to the position of deputy head of the department. He was awarded the medal "For Military Merit". After 2015, he worked in various positions in a number of private companies. In recent years, he was the director of the Security Department of "Kapital Bank" OJSC.
For information, 99.87% of the shares of OJSC "Kapital Bank" belong to one of the leading companies in the country "Pasha Holding", and 0.13% belong to individuals.
Recall that Majnun Gadir oglu Mammadov, who was appointed Minister of Agriculture by the President on April 14, also worked in various positions in the "PMD Group", which is part of "Pasha Holding", in 2011-2018.
Also, Vugar Valeh oglu Mustafayev, who was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense Industry by order of the President of Azerbaijan in March this year, has worked in various senior positions at "Pasha Holding" LLC and related companies since 2014.
Gurbanov Agil Salim oglu, appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Defense by Presidential Decree dated December 09, 2022, also held high positions in "Pasha Holding".
It should be noted that, besides them, some other persons who held high positions in "Pasha Holding" have recently been appointed to a number of high positions in the country.
