The winner of the tender competition held by the State Legal Entity "Garadagh Medical Center" has been announced.

Garadagh Medical Center will pay "Svord-A.A. Services" a total of 27,621 manats 63 kopecks for the maintenance of 7 elevators.
For information, LLC "Svord-A.A. Services" has won similar tenders of the following organizations over the past 3 months:
"Clinical Medical Center" - 21,264.78 manats,
Gazakh regional central hospital - 7200 manats,
"Sanatorium-resort rehabilitation center" - 13,027.2 manats,
"Tuberculosis sanatorium for children and adolescents" - 7200 manats.
In addition to them, "Svord-A.A. Services" LLC has won many tenders in recent years. This company won the MİDA tender for 600,000 manats in May 2022.
It should be noted that "Svord-A.A. Services" passed the state registration on 02.07.2015. Its legal address: Khatai district, Baku city, st. Fazail Bayramov, house 15. The legal representative of the LLC is Abushov Anar Shamdin oglu.
Anar Abushov, the legal representative of the LLC, is the son of Shamdin Abushov, who has worked for many years in various positions in the elevator industry in Baku.

"Krokus AV S.R.O" was registered on March 15, 2012 in Pilsen, the fourth largest city in the Czech Republic. The company was founded by 2 citizens of Azerbaijan - Vagif Khalilov born in 1944 and Asiya Khalilova born in 1950.
Vagif Khalilov was dismissed from the post of General Director of the production association "Bakılifttəmir" of the Department of City Housing and Communal Services of the Baku City Executive Power just 2 months before the establishment of the company in the Czech Republic.
The sons of Vagif Khalilov, Ilkin and Emil Khalilov, manage the representative office and branch of the company in Baku.
Emil Khalilov is also the head of "Bakı Otis Lift" CJSC (TIN - 1400336121).
Shamdin Abushov, whom we mentioned at the beginning of the article, also headed "Bakı Otis Lift" CJSC for some time (died in 2020).
The mentioned companies win hundreds of competitions held by state institutions for millions of manats.
It is interesting that, despite the victory in a large number of tenders, today the CJSC owes the state budget 80,763 manats 91 kopecks.
