Another split in "Gəmiqaya Holding"

There was a split in LLC "Gəmiqaya Avtonəqiliyyat" (TIN - 0201375131), owned by one of the leading companies in the country "Gəmiqaya Holding".
Yeniavaz.com reports that "Gəmiqaya Avtonəqiliyyat" LLC announced its reorganization as a result of separation of "Offis Hold-75" LLC.
For information, recently there have been changes in the authorized capital and numerous spin-offs in the companies included in "Gəmiqaya Holding".
It should be noted that the name "Gəmiqaya Holding", owned by the family members of the former Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov, was changed to "Arkoz Holding" some time ago. "Arkoz Holding" is owned by Turkish businessman Emin Uchar. At the same time, Emin Uchar was the chairman of the board of directors of "Gəmiqaya Holding".
Currently, dozens of companies called "Gəmiqaya" and "Arkoz" operate in Nakhchivan and other regions of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the "Arkoz" company, owned by Emin Uchar, operates in various fields in Turkey.
