"Pasha Bank" OJSC, one of the leading banks in Azerbaijan, has filed a lawsuit against Mir-Gasimova Ulviyya Eldar gizi, Soltanov Seyran Mirza oglu, and the head (legal representative) of "VÖES" LLC (TIN - 1501145861) Khalilov Rauf Samed oglu.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the lawsuit has been submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Emin Aliyev.
It should be noted that "Pasha Bank" filed a lawsuit in connection with disputes under the loan agreement.
For information, one of the persons against whom the lawsuit was filed, Mir-Gasimova Ulviyya Eldar gizi, is the head of "Azərbaycan Konqreslər Bürosu" LLC (TIN - 1701539181).
LLC "Azərbaycan Konqreslər Bürosu" was established on 07.11.2013 at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan, headed by Abulfaz Garayev. Since that time, Mir-Gasimova has been the head of the LLC.
It is currently affiliated with the State Tourism Agency. In 2017-2018, a criminal case was initiated against this LLC, headed by Mir-Gasimova Ulviyya Eldar gizi, on the fact of causing damage to the state budget in the amount of 862,000 manats.
"Azərbaycan Konqreslər Bürosu" LLC acted as the main organizer of the "Baku Shopping Festival - Tax Free" events held in Baku. Even Mir-Gasimova Ulviyya Eldar gizi was awarded by Minister Abulfas Garayev for her work. Ulviyya Mir-Gasimova was also a member of the Operational Committee of the I European Games "Baku-2015".
