The winner of the tender held by the Baku Main Department of Local Revenues of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has been announced.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to the published official information, that the tender was won by "Faktor Qrup-S-1" CJSC (TIN-1604133621).
The Main Department will lease non-residential premises from CJSC "Faktor Qrup-S-1" and in return will pay 1 million 435 thousand 140 manats for 11 months (23.01.2023-31.12.2023) (approximately 4,196 manats per day). As can be seen from the figures, the General Directorate will pay about 130,000 manats per month for rented office space.
For information, "Faktor Qrup-S-1" CJSC was established as a result of reorganization of "Faktor Qrup-S" CJSC. The legal address of both companies is: Heydar Aliyev Ave., 189. CJSC "Faktor Qrup-S-1" was registered in 2020, and CJSC "Faktor Qrup-S" - in 2007.
