"Euro-Asian Construction Corporation "EVRASCON"" OJSC, one of the largest construction companies in the country, has filed a lawsuit against "Azercell Telecom" LLC.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that the lawsuit has been submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Zaur Pirverdiyev.
The lawsuit was filed in connection with disputes over contractual obligations.
It should be noted that OJSC "Euro-Asian Construction Corporation "EVRASCON"" passed the state registration on April 30, 2003. The legal address of the OJSC, the authorized capital of which is 377,290 manats, is located at the address: Baku, Yasamal district, Gurban Khalilov, house 8.
For information, according to the published official information, one of the main shareholders of the "Euro-Asian Construction Corporation "EVRASCON"" OJSC (owner of more than 12%) is Sadaya Yagub gizi Sharifova, the wife of Abid Sharifov, the former Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan (1995-2018).
