The winner of the tender announced by "DOST İş Mərkəzi" LLC (TIN - 1305835261), functioning under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, has been announced.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that Ashraf Sakhavat oglu Safarov (TIN - 2004596032) became the winner of the tender for the lease of office space for DOST. DOST leases for 12 months a non-residential premises with an area of 2,750 sq.m, owned by Ashraf Safarov, and will pay 426,855 manats (35,571 manats per month).
It should also be noted that earlier DOST rented this area from Ashraf Safarov. In 2020, the Agency paid 249.6 thousand manats for 8 months, and 213.432 thousand manats for 6 months in 2022.
For information, Ashraf Safarov, the winner of the tender for 427,000 manats, as an individual entrepreneur, currently has a tax debt in the amount of 247 manats 39 kopecks, which was not paid on time to the state budget. It follows from the information in the press that Ashraf Safarov is also the legal representative of "KİA Motors Az" LLC, one of the country's leading companies.
It should also be noted that many institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population rent office space.

- Farida Huseynali gizi Orujeva (TIN - 1400576242) became the winner of the tender for renting the area of the administrative building of the Baku City Department of the Labor Inspection Service. 980 square meters of non-residential premises owned by Farida Huseynali gizi Orujeva will be leased to the State Labor Inspection Service for 12 months. The service will pay rent to Farida Orujeva in the amount of 163,548 manats 96 kopecks (13,629 manats per month).
- In the last days of last year, the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) held a tender for the lease of office space for the Central Department for the appointment of social payments. Bayramov Amil Ginyaz oglu (TIN - 1003009142) became the winner of the competition. The SSPF leases for 9 months a non-residential premises with an area of 3,000 sq.m, owned by Bayramov Amil Ginyaz oglu. The SSPF will pay Bayramov Amil Ginyaz oglu 445,500 manats (49,500 manats per month) as rent.
- At the beginning of December last year, a tender was held for the lease of office space for the Central Department of Finance and Accounting of the SSPF. Huseynova Almaz Haji gizi (TIN - 1307950442) became the winner of the competition. The State Fund for Social Protection will pay Huseynova Almaz Haji gizi 240,702 manats for renting a non-residential premises with an area of 2,200 sq.m for 9 months.
- In October, a tender was held for the lease of office space for the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the Ministry. The winner of the competition was Emil Vidadi oglu Orujov (TIN - 1604117012). The Ministry will pay 318,622 manats and 7 kopecks to Emil Vidadi oglu Orujov for renting 2,000 square meters of non-residential space for 12 months.
- In July 2022, a tender was held for the lease of office space for the State Employment Agency under the Ministry. The winner of the competition was "Macaz Construction" LLC (TIN - 1302101451). The Ministry will pay 743,853 manats 12 kopecks to Emil Vidadi oglu Orujov for renting a non-residential premises with an area of 2,300 square meters for 6 months. It should be noted that "Macaz Construction" LLC is owned by family members of Akim Badalov, the former head of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Sources.
- In May last year, a tender was held for the lease of office space for the DOST business center under the Ministry. Ashraf Sakhavat oglu Safarov (TIN - 2004596032) became the winner of the competition. The Ministry will also pay 213,432 manats to Ashraf Sakhavat oglu Safarov for renting a non-residential premises with an area of 2,750 square meters for 6 months.
- In addition, in January 2022, an agreement was concluded in the amount of 566,592 manats with "Çinar Park" LLC (TIN - 1500764231) for the lease of office space and storage space for the Social Services Agency under the Ministry.
- In previous years, an office with an area of 3,000 sq.m. was rented for the Central Department of the Financial State Inspection of the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry for 12 months. Hasanova Gaza Gasan gizi (TIN - 1600110362) was paid 556,200 manats.
- The State Employment Agency rented an office of 235 square meters for branch No. 8 of the territorial employment center for 36 months and paid 90,000 manats to Shirinov Faig Nizami oglu (TIN - 1306883522).
- SFSP rented an office for 12 months with an area of 1900 sq.m. for the Central Department of Special Purpose and paid Karimov Ilgar Ismail oglu (TIN - 1505343002) 167,808 manats.
- SFSP rented an office area of 1000 sq.m. for the Central Litigation Department for 12 months and paid 148,680 manats to "Çinar Park" LLC (TIN - 1500764231).
- SFSP rented an office for 12 months with an area of 3,000 sq.m. for the Central Administration of Social Insurance and Personal Accounting and paid 630,000 manats to the Baku Eurasian University (TIN - 1500008331).
