LLC "Abşeron-Ticarət LTD" (TIN-1500430201) was liquidated and merged into LLC "PMD GROUP" (TIN-1701459191).
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to the published official information, the legal address of the liquidated "Abşeron-Ticarət LTD" LLC is Yasamal district, Nariman Narimanov avenue, house 206, apt. 466. Muradov Jamil Tahir oglu is the legal representative of an LLC with an authorized capital of 5 million 930 thousand 64 manats.
It should be noted that at 206, Nariman Narimanov Ave., there are companies affiliated with "Gilan Holding", owned by members of the family of the Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaleddin Heydarov. Jamil Muradov, the legal representative of the LLC, heads dozens of companies that are part of "Gilan Holding". At the same time, there are many statements in the press that Muradov is the cousin (son of an aunt) of Kamaladdin Heydarov, and they have not been refuted to this day.
LLC "PMD GROUP", which was joined by "Abşeron-Ticarət LTD", has been operaTINg since 2013. Its registered office is at the same address as "Pasha Holdinq", one of the country's leading companies. On the official website of the company, which is not listed in the registry section of the State Tax Service, it is indicated that "PMD GROUP" operates in the field of asset management, real estate investment and property management.
