The winner of the tender held by the Central Scientific Library of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) has been announced.
Yeniavaz.com informs that "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC (TIN - 1601045851) became the winner of the tender.
LLC "Alov-Mühafizə" organizes the protection of the Central Scientific Library of ANAS during 2023 (12 months). In exchange for this service, the Central Scientific Library of ANAS will pay "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC 119,772 manats 36 kopecks.
For information, we note that LLC "Alov-Mühafizə" was registered on 21.04.2009. Legal address - "Nizami district, Ali Aliyev, building 16, apt. 68". The authorized capital of the LLC is 20 manats. Talybov Khalis Yunus oglu is the legal representative of the company.
It should be noted that at the beginning of last year, the winner of a similar tender held by the Central Scientific Library of ANAS was also "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC. Over the last 11 months of last year, the specified LLC received 50 thousand 8 manats 22 kopecks for the protection of the Central Scientific Library.
We also inform you that "Vətən-N Mühafizə Xidməti" LLC became the winner of the tender held in 2020 for the protection of the Central Scientific Library of ANAS.
"Vətən-N Mühafizə Xidməti" LLC received 39,000 manats to organize the protection of the Central Scientific Library of ANAS for 6 months.
"Vətən-N Mühafizə Xidməti" LLC was created on the basis of "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC.
According to official information, the LLC was registered on 27.01.2020. The authorized capital of the LLC, whose legal address is "Khazar district, Shuvalan urban-type settlement, building 921 K", is 300 manats. The legal representative of the company is Gasimov Etibar Agahuseyn oglu.
Qasimov Etibar Agahuseyn oglu is also the legal representative of "Riyad Mühafizə Xidməti" LLC, one of the well-known private security companies in Azerbaijan.
It should also be noted that in the documents published in the press (dated March 15, 2019), Gasimov Etibar Agahuseyn oglu also headed "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC (Head of the Main Department). The press reported that "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC was created on the basis of "Riyad Mühafizə Xidməti" LLC.
It should be noted that in September of this year, "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC had a tax debt in the amount of 1 million 985 thousand 767 manats 29 kopecks, and despite such debt, various branches of the LLC won numerous tenders. It follows from the published official information that over the past 3 months, "Alov-Mühafizə" LLC has repaid the debt to the state budget in the amount of 2 million.
