Yeniavaz.com reports, that a preparatory hearing on the claim will be held on December 28, 2022 at the Baku Commercial Court, the case will be considered by Judge Ulkar Hasanova.
For information, we note that "Zirə Gülçülük" CJSC belongs to people related to Baba Rzayev, the former head of "Azərişıq" OJSC, who is currently the president of "Azərenerji" OJSC. At the registration address "Zirə Gülçülük", the company "Zirə Aqropark" LLC (TIN - 1503134451) is also registered. Soltanov Ayaz Uzeyir oglu, who until last year was the legal representative of "Zirə Aqropark" LLC, is also the legal representative of "FF Construston" LLC (TIN 1500616851). The legal address of "FF Construston" LLC is located in the same place where Farid Farhadzade, the son-in-law of Baba Rzayev, is registered - "Fatali Khan Khoysky Ave., 134, apt. 28".
Farid Farhadzadeh is the son of Major General Rufat Farhadov, who is the head of the State Service for the Management of Small Vessels and Water Rescue under the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Baba Rzayev's son-in-law is presented in the press as the manager of "Göknur Bakı Ltd" LLC (TIN - 1500023181), whose legal representative is Baba Rzayev's brother, Rahib Rzayev.
In addition, "GBS" CJSC (TIN-1500855231) is registered at the same address as "Zirə Gülçülük" CJSC - Ziya Buniyatov, house 2071 quarter. The facilities owned by this company are located in the same area as the olive factory in Zira. Also under the name "GBS" another company was opened - LLC "GBS Constrasion Electro Mechanical Systems" (TIN - 1501472741), which is headed by Emin Rzayev, another brother of Baba Rzayev.
