Number of Azerbaijanis who bought houses in Turkey announced - Official

During the first 10 months of this year, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 1,087 apartments in Turkey.
Yeniavaz.com reports citing information released by the Turkish Statistical Service, Azerbaijanis purchased 99 apartments in Turkey last month.
It should be noted that during the same period last year, Azerbaijanis bought more apartments in Turkey. So, for 10 months of 2021, 1140 apartments were purchased, and in October - 120.
It should also be noted that over the past 8 years, Azerbaijani citizens have bought a total of 8693 apartments in Turkey:

It should also be noted that in the first 10 months of this year, citizens from Russia (11 thousand 334 apartments), Iran (7 thousand 38 apartments), Iraq (5 thousand 565 apartments), Germany (2 thousand 269 ​​apartments), Kazakhstan (2 thousand 245 apartments) and Ukraine (1 991 apartments) bought houses in Turkey.
Compared to last year, the number of Russian citizens who bought houses in Turkey has increased dramatically. For comparison, let's say that over 10 months of last year, Russian citizens bought 3,658 apartments in Turkey. In August last year, Russians bought 543 apartments in Turkey, and in August this year - 2023 apartments.
