Emil Eldar oglu Tagiyev, head of the department for organizing the work of the Milli Majlis, committees and commissions in the Azerbaijani parliament, filed a lawsuit against the Azerbaijan Billiard Sports Federation Public Association.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that Emil Tagiyev is also the president of the Azerbaijan Billiard Sports Federation.
The claim of the head of the department was submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Kanan Huseynov. The lawsuit is related to disputes under a debt agreement.
Although we tried to get the opinion of the Billiard Sports Federation on this matter, they did not answer us.
