"Karat Holding" LLC (TIN - 9900000141), owned by the former deputy of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Gasimov Asabil Garakishi oglu, has filed a lawsuit against "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that the lawsuit has been submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Zaur Pirverdiyev.
LLC "Karat Holding" was registered with the state authorities on 14.03.2004. Legal address: Yasamal district, Murtuza Mukhtarov, house 201. The legal representative of the company is the son-in-law of Asabil Gasimov Umudov Igdam Alish oglu.
The biography of the former deputy Asabil Gasimov, posted on the official website of the Milli Majlis - "meclis.gov.az", clearly states that the deputy has been the director of the "Karat holding" since 1995.
It should also be noted that last year the "Azşuqar" trading company (TIN-1400020391), headed by Asabil Gasimov (legal representative), changed its name and legal form and became "De Decco" LLC. Alexander Vershinin Vladimirovich became the new head of the company.
Citing to the information in the press, dozens of companies and business objects are associated with "Karat Holding" LLC.
