Has been announced the winner of 2 tender competitions (Open tender) held by "Azərişıq" OJSC.
Yeniavaz.com with reference to official information reports, that one company - "İntegras" LLC (TIN-1305249991) was chosen as the winner in 2 tender competitions held by "Azərişıq" OJSC.
"Azərişıq" will pay "İntegras" 700 thousand 833 manat 23 kopecks for the purchase of the irrigation system of the Agropark located on the territory of the Turkan viticultural state farm of the Absheron region, as well as for works on external power supply of the Zyg olive state farm No. 2 of the Khatai region and non-residential premises located on the territory of the Turkan viticultural state farm of the Absheron region.
The OJSC will also receive 616 thousand 53 manat 15 kopecks for the work on power supply of the factory for the production of olive oil and table olives, located in the northwestern part of the village of Zira, Khazar region.
One of the highlights of the tender is that the winning company "İntegras" LLC currently owes 159,910 manat 54 kopecks to the state budget.
It should be noted that the acceptance of documents for the tender competition ended on September 26. Apparently, a debt of 160,000 manat has been formed over the past 10 days. Before this date, it is impossible to have tax debt. Because companies with tax debt are prohibited from participating in the tender according to the requirements of Article 6.2.5 of the Law "On Public Procurement".
Another noteworthy point about the competition is that the owner of the "Olive Oil and Table Olives Plant", located in the village of Zira - "Zirə Aqropark" LLC (TIN - 1503134451) belongs to people who have family ties with the former head of "Azərişıq" OJSC , the current president of "Azərenerji" OJSC, Baba Rzayev.
Soltanov Ayaz Uzeyir oglu, who until last year was the legal representative of "Zirə Aqropark" LLC, is also the legal representative of "FF Construston" LLC (TIN - 1500616851). The legal address of LLC "FF Construston" is Fatali Khan Khoysky Ave., 134, apt. 28 - State registration address of Farid Farhadzadeh, son-in-law of Baba Rzayev.
Farid Farhadzadeh is the son of Major General Rufat Farhadov, who is the head of the State Service for the Management of Small Vessels and Water Rescue under the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The son-in-law of Baba Rzayev is presented in the media as the manager of "Göknur Bakı Ltd" LLC (TIN - 1500023181). The legal representative of this company is Baba Rzayev's brother Rahib Rzayev.
In addition, "GBS" CJSC (TIN-1500855231) is also located at the legal address of "Zirə Aqropark" LLC - Ziya Buniyatov, house 20, 71 quarter. The facilities owned by this company are located in the same area as the olive factory in Zira. Also under the name "GBS" there is another company - LLC "GBS Constrasion Electro Mechanical Systems" (TIN - 1501472741), which is headed by Emin Rzayev, another brother of Baba Rzayev.
