The company won the 15 million tender of the Ministry - Has a tax debt

CJSC "Element YT" became the winner of the tender competition held by the Ministry of Science and Education.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that the Department of Self-supporting Construction and Supply of the Ministry will pay "Element YT" CJSC 15 million 144 thousand 749 manat 40 kopecks for the purchase and installation of fire protection systems.
For information, the legal representative of "Element YT" CJSC, which has an authorized capital of 2,000 manat, is Pashayev Matlab Allahverdi oglu. The company was registered with the state authorities on January 16, 2019.
It should be noted that according to the information of the previous day (October 7), "Element YT" CJSC has a tax debt to the state budget in the amount of 226 manat 13 kopecks.
It should also be noted that companies with tax debts are prohibited from participating in the tender in accordance with the requirements of Article 6.2.5 of the Law on Public Procurement.
