"Pasha Bank" OJSC, one of the leading banks in Azerbaijan, has filed a lawsuit against one of the well-known employment companies, "Fesco Group" LLC (TIN - 1304350061) and the head of the company (legal representative) Efendiyeva Vusala Adalat.
Yeniavaz.com reports, that the lawsuit has been submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Narmin Akhmedova.
"Pasha Bank" filed a lawsuit in connection with disputes under the loan agreement.
For your information, LLC "Fesco Group" was registered on 01/07/2016. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 50 manat is Yasamal district, Nariman Narimanov avenue, house 57/24, apt. 47.
It should also be noted that at present "Fesco Group" LLC has a large tax debt to the state budget - 558 thousand 751 manats 35 kopecks.
Ilyas Efendiyev, the owner of "Fesco Group" LLC, who gave a statement to Yeniavaz.com on this matter, said that the resulting tax debt is related to the pandemic period. According to the head of the LLC, they did not work for 4 months during the pandemic, but their employees were paid 8,000-10,000 manat during this period. Ilyas Efendiev notes that they were unable to receive government-allocated assistance due to the pandemic. In his statement, the head of the company also noted that the credit dispute between them and "Pasha Bank" has been settled.
