Yeniavaz.com citing official information, informs that LLC "VULKAN ST LTD" (TIN - 1604123941) and LLC "STAN AS QRUP" (TIN - 604124041) registered at the address - Nizami district, Yavar Safarov street, house 28, apartment 28 , also LLC "POMEN AS CONSTRAKSEN" (TIN - 1604123811), registered at the address - Nizami district, Mashadi Hilal Kazymov street, house 40, announced their liquidation.
Abdullayev Javidan Elchin oglu is the legal representative of all three mentioned companies. All 3 companies are registered on the same day - 08/20/2020.
An interesting and remarkable point about these companies is that in a short period of time, hundreds of companies were opened at both addresses, where the mentioned LLCs are registered. The names of these companies are similar, they have approximately the same (symbolic) authorized capital, and one person, like Javidan Abdullayev, is the legal representative of several (in most cases 5) LLCs.
Companies located in the Nizami district at the addresses - st. Yavar Safarova, building 28, apartment 28 and Meshadi Hilal Kazymov street, building 40, won tender competitions held by state institutions shortly after their establishment. These companies also have a large tax debt to the state budget.

Otherwise, the company cannot be liquidated.
