JSC "Xalq Bank" has filed a lawsuit against the Independent TV and Radio Company "Antenn" (radio "Antenn" 101 FM).
According to Yeniavaz.com, the lawsuit was submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Ulkar Hasanova.
It should be noted that "Xalq Bank" filed a lawsuit in because of disputes under the loan agreement.
For your information, the Independent Television and Radio Company "Antenn" was registered on 06/01/1998. Aliyev Rustam Gadim is the director of the company, whose legal address is Binagadi district, Azadlyg avenue, 189.
It should also be noted that Aliyev Rustam Gadim is the legal representative of several companies. One of the companies whose legal representative is Rustam Aliyev is "Digital Media" LLC (radio "Medya FM"). This LLC was registered on 20.08.2008. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 100 manat is located at the address: Narimanov district, M. Araz, house 25A.
The National Television and Radio Council issued a special permission (license) for radio broadcasting to both companies. The independent television and radio company "Antenn" broadcasts on "101 FM", and LLC "Digital Media" - on a frequency of "105.5 MHz".
Another company whose legal representative is Rustam Aliyev is "Abşeron Bio-Texnoloji" LLC. This company was registered on 08/07/2011. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 130 manat is Binagadi district, Mir Jalal, house 87, apt. 5.
It should be noted that these companies, according to media reports, are associated with family members of the former president of ANAS, Ramiz Mehdiyev. It is reported that Ramiz Mehdiyev's daughter-in-law, Nigar Mehdiyeva, was one of the founders of "Digital Media" LLC. This information has not been refuted.
It should also be noted that 74.98% (49 thousand 829 shares) of the shares of "Bank BTB" OJSC belong to Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismail, 19.01% (12 thousand 634 shares) to Sadig Rza Ismail, 6% (3 thousand 987 shares) to Makhmudova Tyukazban Aga.
For many years, the press has written that Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismail, the main shareholder of "Bank BTB", is the daughter-in-law of the former head of the Presidential Administration, former President of ANAS Ramiz Mehdiyev, this information has not been refuted.
It should also be noted that Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismail, an oncologist, currently the deputy director of the Oncological Clinic of the Medical University, and Rza Sadigov Ismail are the children of Sadigov Rza Ismail, who has held high positions in the Cabinet of Ministers for many years.
In July 1993, Ismail Rza oglu Sadigov, by a decree signed by Prime Minister Panah Huseynov, was dismissed from the post of head of the department of science, health and humanitarian affairs of the Cabinet of Ministers and appointed head of the department of science, culture and public education of the Cabinet of Ministers. Ismail Sadigov, who is allegedly father of the bride of Ramiz Mehdiyev, was dismissed in 2018 due to age from the post of head of the humanitarian affairs department of the Cabinet of Ministers.
It should also be noted that the husband of the main shareholder of "Bank BTB" OJSC, Nigar Mehdiyeva, is Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations, Major General Teymur Mehdiyev. The only son of Ramiz Mehdiyev, who is a deputy minister, is considered the main shareholder (96.5%) of "Şərq-Qərb" OJSC, one of the country's leading publishing houses.

The shareholders of "Xalq Bank" OJSC are "İdeal Biznes Ko" LLC (50%), "Yevro Standart" LLC (33.85%) and "AMAL İnvest Qrup" LLC. In the report of "Xalq Bank" OJSC, 153 Neftchilar Avenue is indicated as the legal address of both companies. "Pasha Holding", one of the country's leading companies, is also located at this address. The report of "Xalq Bank" OJSC also notes that the ultimate owners of the bank are Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva.
