“Initially, it is recommended that teachers over the age of 50 be vaccinated,” said Jasarat Valehov, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Education, APA reports.
He noted that 16 thousand 698 teachers in Baku, Absheron, and Sumgayit, and 32 thousand 657 teachers in the regions are over 50 years old.
He noted that vaccination will not be mandatory for teachers.
