Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the establishment of a Russian-Turkish Monitoring Center for ceasefire control and all military operations in Karabakh, APA reports citing the Kremlin.

The Kremlin said that the two leaders had a phone conversation today.
